System health
A snapshot of what the app is actually built from. The numbers that tell us what to design next. It’s how we keep the system honest: we document components in order of real use, not gut feel.
The audit (July 2026)

- Method: inventory the real app → group by function, not colour → rank by use × variance.
- Two designs live side by side (legacy + new); Phase 2 is migrating them. Under the D-010 Variance Gate, legacy never spawns new variants.
